I was with a friend last Friday and he asked me to accompany him to a village where he was able to get a house and he will be paying for the down payment of the property so he could finally sign some papers and have the property under his name. I did some study abroad in Argentina to have some time learning spanish buenos aires. I thought it would be a good idea to learn the Spanish language since there are a lot of Mexicans and Latinos in the United States and it should help me more when making my deals with them. I did it as a business move since most people within my area are Spanish speaking people, and the major company that I work with is owned by a Spanish native. I think it is a beautiful language to know and learn, and people should not take this language for granted. I also find it interesting to start teaching English in South America and build maybe an academy in there for the people that only know little of the English language. That way, I can give back my gratitude that in my opinion, I awe to the people in there. I suddenly found the need to see to it that people in that area would learn English so it would be easy for them to do transactions globally and if in case they decide to go to the United States. They wouldn’t need to get culture shocked since they can already understand and speak English, as well as how people act in here. –>

Mexican Lots

I am trying to find some details about Mexico Retirement Communities because I heard that buying houses there are really affordable compared to the available real estate here in the US. It should be a good place for my grandparents to live and it would be the best gift for their 50th wedding anniversary later this year. There are a lot of things that we can do in one of those Retirement Communities in Mexico. We could of course, build a house in there and also have our own place in there in case we need to have a vacation. We can also try to see if we could start up a business in there since employment there is much cheaper than in here since we can only go for the salary laws that they have in there. But of course it won’t be in one of the Retirement Communities Mexico because it wouldn’t be feasible to have a business in there, except maybe near the city. Or maybe, I’ll call my friend and tell her that we can start a good business in Mexico, like an outsourcing business so we could have better chances of growing… then after all the economic turmoil in the US have disappeared, we’ll have another branch here that would serve as our head office.
