I was with a friend last Friday and he asked me to accompany him to a village where he was able to get a house and he will be paying for the down payment of the property so he could finally sign some papers and have the property under his name. Since I wasn’t doing anything and there were no orders of assignments from my business, I decided to tag along. While on our way, he noticed that the cash that he has in his bank account is a bit short and he can’t give the check if he has insufficient funds in his account. I wanted to lend him some money but I can’t afford the amount of the discrepancy that he has.
